Reservations procedures and conditions:

Reservations.
A pre-payment of 25% of the total amount of your stay is required to confirm your reservation. The remaining 75% will be payed at check out.
During the month of August a minimum of a 4 night stay is required.

Cancellation policy
15 days before your arrival date, there is a penalty of 50% of your pre-payment.
7 days prior to your arrival date, we will charge all of your pre-payment.
In case of no-show on your arrival date, we will charge you that night.
In case of leaving before the departure date stated on your reservation, all nights until the end of your departure date according to your reservation will be charged.
During the rest of the year, there will be no cancellation fees if you reschedule your stay within the same season.
